The top handle broke off the medium suitcase the first time we used it.

Questionable quality.
I had bought this set from Amazon in December and it has been used alot so I assumed another set would be the same quality. I was sadly mistaken. I haven't even used it yet and the handles for the 28 inch came off in my hand right out the box. I am so disappointed and I only have a few days before my trip.
