My husband. I've known him since 1977. He looked really good in his jeans. Over the years the quality of what was readily available has gone down. My husband requested real jeans. Denim jeans. Stiff jeans. Bootcut jeans. These are perfect, and boy do I like walking behind him.
I was just recently introduced to the wrangler 945 and 936 nev cuts and they are by far the best jeans I have had the privilege of wearing. I wish these were available in more stores as I would buy a pair every time I left the house. Additionally though this is not a complaint I do wish these cuts were offered in more colors as the fashionable bootcut flare would look great in a black or tan variant.
Wrangler did an excellent job. Thank you. I paid the extra for expidited shipping and the order was filled quickly and shipped immediately. Talk about surprised at the excellent customer service, this is it. There is no where for me to buy boot cut jeans in my area now that Horse World has closed after 40 years in business so, I'm forced to drive a ways away or buy from the web site. I can never get it just right when buying over the net. I am at that in between stage regarding waist size (between a 36' and a 37' waist). The jeans I bought are the exact size so in this case, just a little tight in the waist (about 1' actually). Wrangler tells you to buy the looser of sizes because of exact sizing. When I try things on in the store, no two products are the same in the waist so I opted for the smaller size, 36'. That means these jeans were tight. I washed them immediately and they did not shirink any further but I had washed them so, in my ind, no return. So, buy the looser fit in the waist if you're in between sizes. Wrangler had even included a return label to make it easier to return if you needed to. After washing them, I just couldn't see me way clear to doing that. There would have been no fuss about returning from what I saw. They jeans I bought are good, old fashion working boot cut jeans. They are stiff and heavy duty, the perfect jeans to keep from ripping when you're working. These are not a fashion statement with mud washed in them by the designer and selling for $350.00 off the rack. You are expected to put your own mud on these. so if you want real working jeans, these are the ones you want. The only problem with my order was me. Now that I have to buy from the web site, I just need to read and heed Wranglers instructions. It's nice to finally get a real pair of working jeans.
I have worn Wranglers pretty much since I got out of the military in 1977. Only had a couple issues with them. Not bad. With this purchase, I followed the instructions by washing in hot water inside out. After the first wash i noticed the outside leg seam had come unraveled and a pretty good size hole in the leg. Wrangler was very good at replacing the jeans, but I was very surprised this was not caught in Wrangler Quality Control. Still like my Wrangler just surprised this happened.
These are the Tuff, durable jeans you remember! I love them!
I am comfortable in my wranglers and do just about anything in them, the only problem that I've been having is finding the cowboy cut/ boot cut in the stores, but I would now rather order direct.

I use these Wranglers for riding, I train horses for 14 hours a day 7 days a week so durability and look is very important for when I teach lessons. These have that and more! Their affordable, durable, and some of the best jeans on the market.
I thought since the jeans were coming directly from Wrangler they would fit true to size. The length I bought were 29. It measured to be 32. The waist I bought was 34. The waist was at least 4 inches too small. The jeans are entirely out of proportion. I will be returning this and will not be purchasing from Wrangler web site again.
The excitement of finally finding new boot cut jeans in a long length for my tall husband was immediately turned into extreme disappointment on Christmas morning, due to the fact that both the size 36 and 38 waist sized are WRONG. Both sizes were FAR too small! And the lengths also seemed off and far too long. A different style of this brand in a 36/34 fit him ok, but was still small - his true size is a 36/34, and NO other brand of jeans in this size has fit him so poorly! I do not recommend this brand to anyone, I will be returning the 3 pairs of jeans I purchased, and I will not be replacing them with the same brand. The quality of the denim is also trash. Thin, stiff, very uncomfortable. WHAT HAPPENED TO THIS BRAND?! I remember them being a good brand, but apparently they no longer care about comfort or fit! Sad.
