Bought these for my father who was needing a light yet warm fall jacket.he loved it not to heavy, keeps him warm. He definitely will get good use from this shirt ,great quality not to say the price was a steal bought several in different colors. I would recommend this shirt/jacket
These shirts are fantastic, the fit is great, plenty of room to move but not loose. They are VERY warm! I get cold easily and usually have to wear a jacket when it's cool, not with these shirts! I love that I can go out when it's cold (by So. Cal. standards) and not wear a jacket or coat, I feel free to move.
It is a beautiful jacket/shirt. It’s runs on the big side. I ordered a large and an xlarge knowing I would return one. The X-Large was way to big. The large was perfect. My husband usually wears an xlarge. Material is soft and won’t wrinkle. Has that soft flannel feel. My picky husband really likes it.
Very nice well-made shirt. This shirt is warm. This shirt has metal buttons which I like. All wrangler shirts I've bought in the past have held up great and I work in construction outside year around. Wrangler has held up better than any other brand.
I bought this shirt for my father as a heavy-duty item for daily wear around the farm and the garden. It's perfect for colder mornings and really warm. The sherpa lining is surprisingly lightweight and the jacket has held its shape without shrinking through a couple of washes. I liked it so much bought another one for myself in light grey, which is my fave color. Overall, great value for money and a highly useful piece of clothing. Grab it while stocks last and say thank you to yourself later!
I got these for my boyfriend for the winter, for one they make him look like a snack, and two they were such a good price and amazing quality! They are light but warm, and cozy, they fit perfect, he usually wears a XL, but we sized down and got a Large and it's still pretty lose on him to where he can wear more layers underneath, he did say the sleeves are a bit loose and wishes it had a button to tighten but other than that he loves these shirt jackets!
I bought an extra large since I might wear this over other layers and it fits as expected. Very comfortable with the soft lining. The one problem is the side pockets are small and don't go down much below the bottom of the opening. Barely room for your hand. I don't think I would trust a glove to stay in place. Otherwise I am very pleased. As long as I don't need to store anything in the side pockets this will be a great cool weather option.
Nice and thick; stitching & workmanship good quality. Good pickets inside & out. I felt it was a little short, tho for my sons 6'1" height. For reference weights 205 and the large fit him well other than the overall length (sleeve length was ok, but also could've been a little longer). A tall size might've been perfect, but it wasn't available. Quality for the price was excellent: very warm.
While the "Men's Wrangler® Heavyweight Plaid Sherpa Lined Shirt Jacket in Cabernet" seems to be decently put together (ie, sewn), the materials are a bit disappointing: the trend of using more & more polyester, and less cotton, is unfortunate. Plus, Wrangler's product description is inconsistent as of November 2023: my "Shacket' came with a label stating 55% cotton/45% polyester shell, with 100% polyester lining (I'm attaching a photo)...and Wrangler's website said "Made of 100% cotton with a sherpa lined body" under "Features." HOWEVER, if you look under "Fabric" as you select colors, the information vacillates between "Body: 55% Cotton, 45% Recycled Cotton; Sherpa Lining: 70% Polyester, 30% Recycled Polyester" and "55% Cotton, 45% Recycled Polyester, 100% Polyester Lining." I'm not sure if this is accurate for each color...or they just haven't fully updated and verified each fabric description. Either way, it is confusing, and most folks might assume, as I did, that they're all made from the same materials. Wrangler needs to clean up their product descriptions! The fit is on the loose side: I take a medium, usually, and I think a 'small' might have been better for me. The arms are more like a 34-35" sleeve, so they reach my thumbs...I had to roll them up. It's probably optimized for wearing over a sweater; but by itself, over a t-shirt is too large for a medium. All in all: construction is good, but I would prefer 100% cotton in the body, like Wrangler advertised under "Features"." And, also let customers know the cut is oversized so they can adjust their size choice as needed.
