This is the perfect work shirt. The weight is great for our winter cold and the finish doesn't catch on things like flannel would while he works with metal and wood in his shop. We love these shirts and the snaps are especially great, never wear out before the shirt fabric does. And good looking enough to wear for dress, too.

This is the 5th Cowboy Cut Firm Finish Solid Work Shirt I've bought in the last few years. They are great shirt. When new they are a nice dressy casual shirt and as they age they become durable comfortable work shirts. When new they area little stiff, but will soften as they age out. The wash very well and will last several years even with hard use. I only wish they'd bring back the forest green color.

Folks, this is a work shirt. It's made for people who actually work. If you're looking for a shirt to go to the coffee shop and look cool in, while you use your device to figure out which (D) will give you the most free stuff, it's not for you. The price is low because the people who actually pay for the free stuff are wearing this shirt - it's what they can afford. If you are a productive member of society then you will wear this shirt a lot, you'll break it in, and after many months you will enjoy what becomes a soft denim shirt; but you will need to earn that softness and style first.

I'm surprised that I like the firm finish. It holds a crease very well. It works well in the southeast Texas winters. Not sure that it can be worn in the summertime. I recommend it for November through April. I am slim with an athletic and it fit well. Rawhide is an uncommon color, yet very nice.

Not quite as good as the old heavy carharts but wears okay and comes out of the drier looking almost ironed.

Perfect fit as my three previous ones are. A bit pricey with shipping cost added on. But these shirts last me for several years. So that outweighs the cost.

So, the popular comment about this shirt is the over-starched look and feel. I must admit, it's a bit intimidating once you open the package. However, we plan to wash the shirt before wearing as suggested by one customer; repeatedly with fabric softener. The reason I bought the shirt was because of the color. The shirt quality is evident when you look at the stitching. The look is great.

These type of shirts I have been wearing for years, I find the quality and fit are not the same, the old ones were heavier, and the sizes were marked in number sizes this way you knew what you were getting. Also I have found on a few occasions one sleeve was longer than the other.

This appears to be a very nice shirt but the one I received was much bigger than a normal large and I had to return it

I bought 5 shirts, 4 of 1 style (this one) and one of another. I am normally a XXL-T. The shirt of the single style was consistent with typical 2XL-T and fit well. This style (bought 4 of) was about 3" shorter in sleeve length and at least 2" short in tail length. The inconsistency in sizing is unacceptable! Product Service convinced me to return/exchange for a 3XL-T. I did, but I am skeptical they will be enough bigger…. If your sizes are this inconsistent then they need to have sizing charts forveach style.
