A Great Throwback Pair of Jeans

Warbird March 21, 2020

Absolutely love these jeans. The minor fade finish, the heavy duty stitching, full 100% cotton, very comfortable fit. Style is outstanding. I am buying 2 more because i made the mistake of working with my new pair out in the yard and accidentally put a nicked hole in the leg from my chainsaw. LOVE'EM!

Great Look - Awesome Fit

David T May 16, 2019

I am 6'-5", 215lbs. I have always purchased 36"W jeans no matter what brand. They are typically a bit large in the waste and slightly baggy in the seat. I've gotten used to it over the years and figures it was my lot in life. Then I saw that these retro slim fit low rise Wranglers came in a 35"W and had to give them a try. PERFECT! I want to address the issue of the fabric tearing at the corner of the rear pockets. I wear these jeans for casual dress only. They come in 11.5 to 13oz fabric weights depending on the color or "wash". I picked a 13oz fabric and I couldn't be happier. No issues here. Bottom line - These are a great looking, light to medium weight pair of jeans. If you plan on team roping, bull riding or ditch digging in them I suggest you keep looking.

Very comfortable

Cowboy Dan March 6, 2020

Nice fit, not real slim, more of a straight fit, just enough stretch to be comfortable and still have a cotton feel. I like the darker rinse, look good with a sportcoat.

Need a happy medium

Adam April 2, 2025

I am 6'0 200 pounds if anyone needs size reference. I really like the color on this pair of jeans, it is the BR Wash. They really weren't what I thought I was receiving. I really wanted them because it and the Layton Color were the only pairs that had an even seam on the outer thigh and the overlapping seam was on the inner thigh. It wasn't though, it was on the outside like all the other colors except for the Layton color, I contacted them and let them know that their advertisement wasn't correct on their model. They have now changed the photos on the website. I kept them because they were a good fit and love the color. They were a pair of 33/32 and they fit absolutely perfect WHEN I wear my shoes(hey dudes, Clark's etc) but not long enough for my boots or work boots. So I ordered this pair of 33/34, they are perfect length for boots. They do not fit the same though, they run a good bit looser in the waist, which is strange because the waist didn't change in my order. I am keeping them because I like the color and they aren't so loose I can't wear them but I wish they offered a happy medium that the waist were the same as the 33/32. The 33/34 is a great length for boots but the waist is much looser even though the length is the only thing I changed on this order. It is the same way with the Layton color. I buy one of each size on both colors. I enjoy wearing my 33/32 better but with shoes because they just aren't quite long enough for boots on me personally. Wish there was a 33 length?? but I would suggest getting a pair. Just make sure you're 6'1 and a thicker waist if you order 34 length and 5'11 if it's a 32 length, waist is perfect on the 32 length. I know that sounds strange but yeah, they seem like a good couple pair of jeans.

Retro Slim Fix Boot cut

Jeff March 28, 2020

I have a pair of Wrangler Slim Fit straight leg that fit perfectly. I needed a pair of boot cut jeans thinking they would fit the same as the straight leg pair (I bought the exact same size). However, these jeans are much bigger in the thighs and waist. It's almost as if they are marked incorrectly with the wrong size.

Sizing. Slim bootcut.

Kyle December 11, 2022

I have worn retro slim boot it's for a while now. Needing to replace the ones I have now I ordered three pair of retro slims and they all fit differently. These particular ones for as expected until just below the knee and then the "bootcut" turns into a bell bottom. It's frustrating that you can order the same exact style and cut of jeans and not have the same for every time.

There seems to be a new "fit" for Wrangler.

HJ April 9, 2023

These jeans were just a bit loose - then I washed and dried them on hot/warm and they almost fell off. Now, after a few more washings, I am sure they are just going to get more loose as time goes by.
