These Wrangler Workwear Men's heavy weight cotton raschel thermal pants are superior quality! I happened to stumble upon these online, while looking for something else. I am glad I did! I did Not know Wrangler even made thermal underwear...until now. They are Not kidding, when they say "heavy weight" in the description! They are so good...I believe these thermal underwear could get me through the Zombie Apocalypse!
Husband is extremely satisfied with these. Upon first opening, we thought they were thinner than other thermal pants. But on wearing them, he says they are very warm and comfy! They don't have a very thick material however you can tell it's quality. The pants are not super fitted, a little loose in fact. But he loves them. Overall, we would recommend.
My hubby works outside in overnight conditions these underwear help keep him warm as the nights here in so California are getting cooler. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone who gets hot quickly doing any type of activities let alone working. But if your a person who needs that extra layer try them out.
These thermal bottoms are very well made, durable, the material is also tightly woven, but soft to the touch. Nice elastic band and very good quality. These will keep you very warm this winter whether worn as pajamas, house pants, or thermal under clothing.
Wrangler Men's Workwear Heavy Weight Cotton Raschel Thermal Bottom- XL- Off White is much softer than other thermal pants on the market. The waistline fits comfortably without being scratchy, all over the place or digging into the skin. The thermal bottoms are a little bigger in size compared to the tag that shows extra large. After a couple of washings the thermal bottoms did not shrink much. These pants will definitely keep you warm when it is cold outside and is not overly bulky.
This is not the usual thin thermals. The material is a thicker quality cotton. They will keep you warm. They are true to size. Good fit in the rise and seat area. My dad, used these as pajama bottoms. He liked them better because they were warm and the leg cuffs were comfortable and not binding. He also stated the cuffs held the legs in place and they didn't rise up and twist all around his legs like pajamas. I will be purchasing more pairs.
My husband LOVES all things wrangler and the long underwear are no exception. They are nice 100% cotton, they are snug without being too tight, fit well under his work pants, and launder nicely. The waistband is a nice thick comfy elastic. They fit true to size. No itching or irritating seams are present. Wrangler products always last and tolerate a lot of “abuse”. They are definitely recommended from us!
These thermals are thick, but very soft. They are not the typical thermals I'm used to,, so these are definitely for colder temperatures. They are 100% cotton, so I expect they will shrink some which is fine because the legs felt loose and I feel they have to hug to keep you warm.
My husband is 6 ft 2, and he usually wears size 40 X 32/34 pants. We ordered an XL for him. The waistband is tight, but not too small. The elastic around the waist is sturdy and seems like it will last well. The length is plenty long on him, which was a nice surprise! He sometimes has trouble with pants being too tight in the legs, but weirdly these were almost loose around the legs; perhaps this will shrink when washed? If not, they will still work just fine. The only problematic thing is that the crotch is REALLY low: I measured from the top of the waistband to the bottom of the crotch, and it is a full 16 inches! So, if you like to pull your pants up quite high on the waist, then these are the thermal pants for you! The material is nice and thick, and my husband appreciates the fact that they are 100% cotton. Also, due to the waffle-like weave, it seems like they will dry quickly. He hasn't actually worn them out and about yet (it isn't cold enough), but I'm hoping these will come in handy during a ski trip this winter. Lastly, these seem really well made – no loose threads or fraying seams to be seen. Other than the low crotch, these are a winner!
So I'm in between a medium and a large. I ordered medium to have a snug fit. I'm also 5ft 9in tall and weigh about 160lbs. The waist fits but the legs I had to double roll up about 6-8 inches worth and the legs are extremely baggy, MC Hammer pants baggy! My wife seen them and said what size are those, I said medium, she said medium for a bear maybe. So maybe order a size or 2 down unless your 6ft 8in and weigh 500lbs. NO JOKE...then they'd fit, but you also have to have a 34in waistline. So there's that! Good deal, decent material, horrible fit!
