I was hesitant about getting these cause I didn't want to have to keep sending them back to get the perfect fit. That WASNT the case. I took a chance and got the right fit the first time!!! I just ordered 2 more pairs !! I'm 5'11" and the tall warehouse I used to buy all my jeans at a discount closed and I didn't know what I was going to do but fortunately found wrangler!!! Although now I have to pay more for jeans, I'll DEFINITELY be buying again!!!! I'm not a spring chicken and hav always worn tight jeans and wrangler is the best.
I am right around 5'10 weigh 154 pounds. Wear a size 29 in ariat or a size 10 in american eagle. I ordered a size 9 and they fit great! I dont like my jeans skin tight, (i like them fitted) and these jeans are just enough for me to have enough room in them. Im a waitress/cook at a small mom and pop restaurant, and sometimes i work 11 hour shifts, and these jeans hold up perfect.
I wear these multiple times a week. They are the best pair of bootcut jeans I have bought in a long time. True to size. Doesn't over stretch with prolonged wear.
I love this jean and really hope wrangler keeps making them. I love the fit and the darker color and the design on the back pocket. I really like that they fit tighter in the thigh area but are a little looser in the knee area.
These boot cut jeans are what I've been looking for for a long time! They remind me of Wranglers I wore as a teenager in the 70's. They feel good, AND look good.
I'm 5'4", 135 lbs, and ordered a sz 3/4, in the MS Wash - they fit perfectly around the hips. A little tight when fresh out of the dryer, but they loosen to a perfect fit. The length was a problem though. I ordered Short, which was supposed to be a 30" inseam, but they were only 29". I had to return and reorder the regular length, which is supposed to be 32". I forgot to measure these before washing them, but now they are 30" after washing. So be forewarned about length! Also, as usual for Wrangler bootcut jeans, in short & regular lengths their bootcut looks more like a bellbottom. Maybe if you're really tall it looks ok. 17-1/2" width is just too big. Luckily, I sew so I can narrow that bellbottom to a more flattering width (usually about 16"). I can't imagine any woman has a boot so big around that they need a 17-1/2" flare.
Been buying these for years. Seems the colors and styles I like end up being discontinued. Hope that doesn't happen with these anytime soon!
Historically, Wrangler jeans have been designed, marketed, and worn as western-wear but sized at least 2 sizes smaller (or more) compared to most all other jean brands. Typically I wear size 12, waist 30-31, and recently purchased three pairs of these jeans in different sizes hoping to find one pair that would fit, based on prior experiences. I'm perplexed as to why Wrangler still continues to grossly undersize their jeans....... Surely cowgirls and cowboys aren't the only demographic Wrangler makes jeans for? Please consider generalizing your sizing grid to include the rest of the population ;)
I've always been one size in Wranglers so when I ordered these jeans I was shocked that they were super tight! I had to return them for the next size up. Also they are not mid rise. I feel they are way too low. I am not happy at all in these jeans even in the size up. They are constantly falling down!
I am new to Wranglers. Sizing is not consistent. Two pair of the same size on the tag will fit completely differently. Best to buy in-store so you can find your best fit. Cost me extra to return them. Lesson learned with buying Wranglers online.
