This is a men's brown heavy duty work coat. This is a size 2 extra large. My dad is six foot six inches tall and this size fits well. The zipper goes the length of the front of the coat and has a nice size metal piece to hold while zipping. The collar around the neck is smooth and doesn't rub if you're constantly looking around or behind you. The pockets are nice and hold a good amount.
This barn coat is perfect for fall while it doesn't have a hood. We found this to be extremely warm. My husband typically doesn't wear the hoods on jackets anyway he'll wear a tassel cap so it was no big deal. It fits very true to size and is a nice lined quality that will keep him warm while he's working outside. We like the color and how it'll pair effortlessly with both denim and khaki pants.
Wrangler Mens workwear duck quilted barn coat is very warm. The brown corduroy trim on collar, pocket and inside snap trim gives a great appearance to this coat. The quilted inside of this jacket makes it warm and cozy. There is 5 pockets one hidden inside the coat and 4 pockets on outside of coat. 2 side pocket, one snap pocket and one open pocket. The zipper and snap button gives a closure to this coat. I love the loop inside the green coat to hang on a coat hook. This is a medium.
This Wrangler workweek jacket is a size extra large. This jacket runs a little big because my husband normally wears a large or extra large in coats and this one seems big. This jacket is very durable and seems very warm. This jacket will be perfect for a hunting Trip or during the winter months in the snow! This is a great addition to any men's closet and will last a long time.
My husband was not a huge fan of this coat. He said the material was not very soft or comfortable to wear. He was looking more for a casual coat and something a bit more comfortable to wear. This material was extremely stiff and incredibly warm! He is keeping it to wear it hunting and around the house in the extreme cold. He is 160 pounds and five foot ten inches tall. Typically wears a medium and this large was a bit small on him for it being a coat.
This is a really nice looking and well made jacket. I have only worn it once but look forward to wearing it more often since the weather is getting cooler.
I was looking for a new Barn coat and chose Wrangler for the first time when I decided to purchase a new one... I'm impressed so far...only had the coat for a couple weeks and with this recent extreme cold weather in South East Ky the coat has performed very well...
I like the fit and the look. It's true to size, and the bottom of the coat goes roughly 6" below my waist - perfect length to keep cold air / wind out. I bought this coat on clearance and out of season, but I'm sure it will be warm. This feels like a quality coat, and I'm sure it'll last for a long time.
Fits well. True to size. Triple stitched. Big pockets. Tough. Not too thick or thin, just right imo. Only quibble is that what they are calling "Bungee cord" is really just Olive drab. The stock photo looks a little more grey than in person. Good zip and buttons. Covers the crotch, so it's a little longer.
The jacket is overall stiff and makes quite a bit of noise when moving your arms. These are trade-offs for being water resistant and warm. The zipper comes up far enough that if you look down your neck hits it. It doesn't feel great. The arm pit area is tight. The collar is okay I guess. Slightly rough. There's no lining on the pockets.
