Wright Brand Hickory Real Wood Smoked Thick Cut Sliced Refrigerated Bacon, 48 oz

Some of the best bacon I can. Put it in my cart on Friday at 18$ for 3 lbs. Went to purchase it on Monday for almost 21$. I decided to purchase ham. Bacon is already so very high so I won't be buying this bacon anymore. Other products, more affordable look so much better these days.

We oven fried this bacon on a mesh baking sheet for 35 minutes @ 375 degrees. The aroma was amazing, it cooked up crisp, and the rendered fat was saved. Cooked bacon (~20 slices) was rolled in paper towels and placed in a ziplock bag. Reheat taste fresh cooked.

they raised the price two dollars on the 3 lb package. and a hard working man deserves good bacon. and I believe this bacon is the best bacon you can buy at a big store like Walmart. with that being said. it's starting to hit the wallet a little hard. I passed the last time around and got the 3lb great value thick cut for almost 7 dollars cheaper! a 33% difference, I'm sure it's full of micro plastics and all that stuff. pigs probably didn't live the best life... but 33% is 33%. if you're not poor buy the wright bacon.

I am so disappointed with most bacon. Most is thin, mostly fat, and it tastes cheap and it's thin. But this is 3 pounds, it's thick, and it comes out of the oven crisp and straight. I can eat 2 pieces and feel full. I have not found another brand that's even close.

I don't eat bacon but I have a senior who has to have bacon every morning. I just prefer this brand because it does not shrink so much after frying it. So he can eat two slices of this bacon without complaints. Whereas with another brand he likes three.

This brand and size of package is a luxury purchase. But my husband deserves it. Thick cut, with the right amount of marbling and great taste. Takes a little longer to cook on a medium heat. Pro tip, I cut the slices in half. Just as satisfying and obviously makes 3 pieces into 6. Makes you think you have even more on the plate lol

Lately the quality and consistency of the slices of bacon have been going down. I get more and more packs where they cram long thin slices into the packaging which makes the slices appear normal, however getting them to seperate from the slab results in broken pieces.

Extremely unhappy with quality of meat..nothing but fat with barely any meat. Cooked up a skillet of fat!! Bacon was delivered by Walmart so a shopper picked out meat. Never again!! Don't plan to buy this bacon again. Wright bacon isnt the quality bacon it is cracked up to be:(

Watched driver go back n forth past my house when I was last delivery. She stole both 20.00 $ packages of my bacon. If ya got a check in ur spirit lady, its there for a reason stupid driver. I took my 20$ tip back plus walmart gave me back my 40$ that I paid and marked my account never use you as a driver again.
