I love the heat it really helps with my arthritis. and stiffness ,They really work great. I'm surprised how well they work. they also help with my carpal tunnel.
Exactly what I was looking for to soothe my arthritis. Due to its size it can also be used for tooth aches on the outside if face. Works great for both instances!!

This item is great if you just need heating and support. The massaging does not work at all. Even on high., you can barely feel a little vibration I would not recommend this item
Doesn't really vibrate all that well to massage your wrist! Heat up a bit nothing impressive! If I had to buy it again I never would!
Did not come with any instructions, it took several people to figure out how to use this item.
The charging unit is too big making the item heavy
it doesn't massage it onlu vibrates there is no real massage, this is not going to fix anything in your body
