[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just love my new LG washing machine. It is very quiet, holds a ton of clothes and gets them sparkling clean! It's also very simple to use! And did i mention quiet! Highly recommend. The only thing I wish it had is the faucet. LG, add the faucet to all your washers!
We have used this washer for approximately 10 years and it has been perfect. This machine is so much more than what we were used to with the other junk brands. Direct drive with no transmission is a game changer and will be the only one we'll buy in the future. We have a second home with a different brand washer that has a transmission and we can't stand to use it. It's junk compared to LG.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this dryer with a washer and refrigerator, and we love all 3! They work great and look great.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After months of research regarding the cleaning ability of high efficiency washers, we selected the LG WT7155CW. We chose the agitator model because many of my work clothes are heavily soiled. The large capacity is great for large bed linens. Adding extra water is simple compared to other available models. The heavy duty mode is equal to the cleaning effectiveness of the normal mode on the washer we replaced. The high speed spin cycle leaves very little water in the clothes and speeds drying time.
I have had my washer for a little over a month, at first it was different than my old washer, I am old school and I did not know if I was going to like this one, I saw that it did not take much water, I thought how is this going to clean anything, but boy did I get fooled I do not think I have ever had my clothes get any cleaner. I am glad I bought this washer, I need to stop being afraid of new technology and leave my fears behind, maybe I would enjoy more modern things. Can not send photo, as I said before I am old school, But Thank You so much for my new washer. I love, love it.
Got this a month ago and I DO OT think it is all it was hyped p to be. The alleged "users manual" isn't. There are no instructions how to actually run the machine and the online "help" just doesn't exist. What's more- some of the clothes never even get touched by water or detergent during the wash cycle. The only way they get wet is...maybe...during the rinse cycle. They need a better users guide!
I've had this machine for a year. It never fails to disappoint. Clothes come out with dry patches on them. I have resorted to using the deep fill max option for every load and still get dry spots. LG used to be my go to company for appliances but now I am in search of an old washer at an estate sale to replace this disappointing waste of money.
Worst washer ever. Hose Busted open after one week of having it. floods my garage, so a tech orders the part and comes to install it. Then notices a piece was missing from the back of the washer, so he orders another part.. It's a brand new washer why would there be a piece missing? So it's been 2 weeks since. I haven't been able to use my washer because now i'm waiting on another tech to come, install both pieces. This has been nothing but a hassle.
Poorly engineered knob and switch assembly for selecting wash cycles. After limited use, the switch will not rotate to allow you to make the desired setting change. It refuses to rotate and eventually will turn, but not allow you to use some settings and frequently hangs up and sticks.
My apartment has this washer. It won't allow water level change for small loads, will not allow soaking of clothes BUT drains the soaking water within minutes wasting water & soap. Also clothes float bubbled up on surface since items do not circulate within washer at all creating unclean zones on items. Front loaders are much better than this model. Tub is so deep cannot reach small items on bottom. I have to lean in using step stool and tongs!
