Ring Took Forever To Arrive, And When I Received It The Package Was Very Dirty And Damaged Looked As If It Had Been Ran Over I Was Very Disappointed

The listing says 925 sterling silver but the ring itself says it is 18k gold plated.. the ring has scratched and the “gold plated” covering is coming off. This is not at all the metal the listing describes.
