I usually dont complain but when I pay 30 bucks for an action figure I expect it to be ok and not broken . I ordered the Elite series 90 Randy Orton and i opened it and was going to put it on my shelf when i realized that the whole arm had fallen off . It never does that but I gave them a 3 stars because it may have just been hit on something during being delivered but the main reason was because the casheer at customer service was so nice and helpful , she wasn't one of those workers that make it a big deal she didnt complain and she gave me my money back on a walmart E gift card and I was able to get another figure i needed the elite series 91 Austin Theory which i needed . all in all i think you should buy from them . im just glad that it happened to me and not someone else . Walmart i give you 3 / 5 stars
