Wybot - C2 Pro Robot Pool Cleaner - Black

So far our WYBOT is great! It is having a little confusion on our stairs but only occasionally and it is really not a big deal.

There is a (maybe 10' x 10') spot in my pool that is not be cleaned of small leaves. I updated the firmware, and I have run the Wybot C2 multiple times with various cleaning modes but I get the same results. I have tried running the Wybot twice to get the same leaves out. Sometimes this works but sometimes it does not. I consulted web postings and saw that other owners have had this problem, too. I then tried to contact Wybot's support website, but no menu option under the Support menu does anything. It would be nice if the basket was easier to clean (I use a garden hose), but I'm guessing it is easier when the contents dries. Sometimes, the Wybot comes off of the hook that is used to remove it from the pool. A redesign should readily fix this challenge. The Wybot idea is very good, but the implementation needs improvement - especially the mapping algorithm.
