I've used Wyler's Bouillon in cubes, granules and now powder, for over 40 years. The powder dissolves so easily, yet still has the great flavor I've always loved. I add it to my noodle cups, canned soups, gravy, stews and even add the Chicken Powder to mashed potatoes. It adds delicious flavor to anything you can imagine. If you go to their website, you can get lots of recipes. Here's the link: http://www.wylers.com
Love this! Add a little to sour cream with chopped onion and you have an onion dip!
First I've used the powder and find I like it much better than the cubes. I can just add to what I'm making and not have to boil water in order to use it. :)
Many places by me don't have the bouillon in the powder, just the cubes and I think this blends into the dish a lot easier. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
This product has been difficult to find. Wyler's is our preferred brand but it isn't on all grocery shelves as it used to be. Next step ... bring back the low sodium option.
This is the best beef bouillon I've found for taste. It's so yummy! I was really disappointed when Wyler stopped making the Beef Bouillon Granules because that used to be my go-to seasoning to sprinkle on everything savory, but this Instant Bouillon Powder is almost as good. The main downside is the powder cakes up more than the granules did if any moisture gets into the jar. But the trade-off is it's easier to sprinkle the powder evenly over food, which makes it more versatile as an all-purpose seasoning.
I had been buying Wyler's granulated beef bouillon for years at local grocery stores, until a couple of years ago when I could no longer find it. Web search made me realize it was no longer being made, BUT that Wyler's had a similar product called "beef powder". I found ONE jar at my local Wal-Mart but then could never find it again anywhere. I finally did find it online and ordered two jars, which should last quite a while. I like to include in in hamburgers, soups and stews because it enhances the flavor. I just wish I could buy it IN STORE and not have to pay shipping charges. It is a wonderful product but as rare as gold nuggets.
One can never go wrong with this.. I dont know where to begin, but i use this for everything that i cook, not just for beef soup. i use it to season beef, pork, the taste is out of this world...
Very happy to be able to find the powder, since it's almost impossible to find this or the granules in my local stores anymore. The powder is so much easier
It is my family secret to the beat skirt steaks. We use to use the granules but they were discontinued so now we use the powder. The cubes are no good.
