I have ordered three times a case of the paper towels every time y'all send me one box and charge me $65 and I don't understand why you don't send me a case like I ordered. Quantity advertised incorrect! I was supposed to receive 1180 not 118. Item on clearance, if it is an advertisement error and 1180 is not what's being sold, then I don't want

SCAM!!! They happily take your money for a case and send you one single box. Walmart blames third party seller, seller blames Walmart. Customer Service has zero clue and cannot comprehend. I tried to return as instructed and they sent one box AGAIN. This was an awful experience and such a headache. I won't bother with trying to get help from Walmart ever again. And I sure hope I get the opportunity to rate the third party. This is a SCAM

I was promised 10 boxes for $16.83. The order clearly said 10 boxes of 118 sheets, 1,180 sheet total. Only one box of 118 sheets was sent. I believe nobody will pay $16.83 for one box of cleaning paper. Walmart could not do much to help so after spending countless minutes chatting with a call center agent, a refund was issued. What a waste of my time. I think Walmart does a very poor job vetting the 3rd party sellers, so allowing these 3rd party sellers to provide false advertising in order to scam the customers. I have requested Walmart to hold the 3rd party seller accountable by sending me the correct order but Walmart call center agent was either too lazy or the system truly can only offer a refund.

Ordered a 10 pack. Received only 1 box of the 10. Walmart (or the vendor, don't know which) is no longer offering the sale price on the 10 pack so they won't provide the remaining boxes. Want to return the single box since no longer a good value. However, it was shipped directly by the vendor so returning the 1 box I did receive is going to be complicated. Printing the return label, going to fed ex, etc… Maybe can do it via Walmart membership - not sure. But regardless, will take time to manage since standard Walmart return isn't offered for this item (according to the Walmart AI agent). Grrrr

People that fulfill the orders are incompetent. Clearly states that it is for 10 boxes, they have attempted to deliver my order twice now and both times only received one box. Again, you either cant read or cant count if youre incapable of fulfilling a basic order. DO NOT ORDER OR WASTE YOUR TIME.

You only get 118 wipes! Description is for 1180 wipes, however, like many other reviews I didn't see until only too late, you only get a single box, not a case of 10. Walmart AI is too stupid to fix the issues, and the only other option is to waste your time returning it.
