L10 towels and box are too thin
Our purchasing department switched from the L20 wipers to the L10 wipers (05320) to reduce expenditures. The wipes are okay for thin towels - but do not see the cost benefit when they are smaller than the L20 wipes and only single ply. Most users will grab two of the L10 where they might have only used one L20. Additionally, they do not dispense well from the box. The cardboard is very thin and is prone to ripping when trying to remove the perforated pieces. The boxes will not work with the old wall mount plates because the cardboard is too thin (box collapses and tears when trying to mount). The towels do not dispense cleanly either - they tend to hang up on the cardboard box and rip.
