I am always a little nervous about buying products like this online. I've had issues in the past and so forth. It was fairly priced and functions as expected. I have no complaints so far.

The fittings didn't match real well. The direction for the hit and come water was not clear.

it works as should but was missing handle when I received it and and I wasn't able to send it back because I needed to get it hooked up so I got a bolt out of my shed and screwed into it

Instalation was not simple. needed extra parts for proper conection. Water flow from faucet is not easy to control. turns to full pressure with barley a turn.

I loved it at first, but 2 weeks after installing the sprayer button stopped working correctly, now you have to hold it down to keep the sprayer on. Installing it was pretty difficult and I had to go but 2 double female adapters just to attach the hoses. A lot of work for something I have to replace weeks later.

Took 4 hours to assemble because the hook ups were the wrong size . It could have been on the original home water hook up end. So our handyman had to go to the hardware store a couple times to get the correct sizing and keep it from leaking. $200 of labor snd $30 of extra parts. After a month now The attached water nozzle stick keeps getting loose so i have to often screw it back in.

Piece of junk. The threads and attachments on this are not US standards. No wonder it's so cheap. When I finally gave up trying to install it I called my plumber. He couldn't make the attachments work either. I finally drove to Ace Hdwe and bought something rearl. I should have known the price was too good to be true.

This was a bad product. You need to buy additional valves from homedepot worth $30 and then after getting this fixed by a professional and paying him 250 the faucet moves from the bottom creating water leakage as it does not fit perfectly in the sink hole. Avoid it at all costs

could not install. the, pipe that goes into faucet then thru hole in sink, is so thin and week. instead of tightening up the pipe skipped out of the faucet.
