I was impress with how fast I received the package. I had a question and left a message. They got back to me fast. I will do business again.

The camera is 5 star. USPS had weather delay and sketchy tracking info. Said it was at post office but not really. It finally showed up a week late. That's the reason for 4 star rating.

The camera and base station appear to be working as expected. I was not expecting to receive a refurbished unit as it was not advertised that way.

Bought it thinking it was new, and realized it was refurbished once I received the package. It was not mentioned as refurbished.

This item showed up refurbished. Nowhere in the description did it say anything about this being a refurbished item as I would not have purchased a refurbished camera. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement and will most likely not be purchasing from walmart.com in the near future as they have become just another one of those scam companies that promises you new products and send you used items.

Returned item in store, customer service checked item and it was not what I ordered.
