Wyze Palm Lock Smart Door Lock with Palm Vein Recognition, Keypad, Auto Lock, Dual Battery, Wi-Fi, BHMA3 Certified

Install and setup was easy, I have installed our own for years. Tried all available settings since install a few weeks ago. As of yesterday, we have it set the way we want. We have a second Palm Lock on order.

I was a little skeptical about buying this but I thought I would give it a shot. I was impressed with how well it worked. The installation was pretty straightforward if you ever installed a door lock before it’s about the same. Programming it was fairly simple also. The instructions do need to tell you how to charge the battery. Also the battery fully charged light never did come on after 12 hours of charging.

I absolutely love this lock. It is by far the best one I have owned. I have previously used Yale and Built locks, but the Wyze Palm Lock’s palm recognition technology is in a different league. It is fast, reliable, and I have not had a single false read yet. Setup was simple, and the overall build feels solid and secure. The only small challenge is that it can occasionally struggle to recognize younger kids’ palms, but the backup access codes work perfectly for them. Overall, this lock has been outstanding, convenient, accurate, and worth every penny.

I love the palm door lock because I usually have trouble with my finger print in the cold weather and with this one I don’t have any problems

Easy to install, works flawlessly . Able to unlock door with palm, code, alexa voice, app, or key in emergency.

I love the Wyze lock! I wanted to try it because it looked so Star Treky. It was super easy to install, start to finish, and I'm a 74 year old female. Beam me up, Scotty.

Very easy to install I get alerts on my Apple Watch every time it’s locked or unlocked or if the door is left a jar or open for more than five minutes absolutely love it

After a month im having palm not registered on me but OK with my other 2 people in the app

The product has lot of issues . 1) it open and locks for 30 sec on its own, 2) it goes off calibration ALL the time ,3) it says the door open but in fact it’s closed . The issues were reported to the company but not resolved
