The product arrived very quickly and was exactly as described and pictured. What can a person say about a razor knife? Simply, the larger barrel handle compared to the old style around for decades is a nice feature. Otherwise, it's a razor knife and works just fine.

This excellent craft knife comes in so handy not only for crafts but for small jobs around the house. I use my new X-ACTO Z precision knife to cut small balsa wood furniture pieces, to cut thin cardboard, to open small packages. This fine little knife comes with replacement blades and is easy to use. Do not permit children to handle this craft knife as it is razor sharp! Highly recommended!

Sharp little knife

Anonymous February 12, 2021

I bought this handy little knife to help my daughter cut shelf paper for our kitchen cabinets but it also came in handy when making homemade valentines with my grandkids! It is a sharp knife so I would not allow young children to use it without adult guidance and supervision. It is very sharp which is great for cutting contact paper or construction paper! I think this is going to be used often for a variety of projects around the house! I like that it comes with a cap to cover the sharp blade when not in use! I highly recommend this handy little knife!

Must have for art projects!

Jason August 25, 2023

I have bought this for a 2nd time, only cause I am a trucker and left my first at my desk. I wanted another cause I still like to do artsy stuff even in my free time. The handle has some weight to it so I can feel confident when I put some weight into my cut. The ease changing blades is seamless and I love that it comes with a cover.

Unless you like the ER, find something else

Erica October 25, 2020

Well, he's the deal....I wanted to make a sifting kitty litter box, because I am too cheap to pay $60-80 for one. Bought this and a couple Steralite containers and sat down to cut holes in the bottom of the containers. While cutting a hole, the Xacto slipped and went through my arm (right below the wrist), nearly hit an artery, thankfully it missed. So my frugal idea turned into a $500 emergency room visit to include three stitches and an Ativan (because I was freaking out after staring at veins, blood and bones). I don't understand how this things are still on the market, the ER doc actually had an Xacto injury on his finger from the previous weekend working on a project with his daughter. After doing some research, Xacto knives are responsible for A LOT of reported injuries, why are they still on the market? Find a different solution, or become a statistic just like me.
