quick install functions smoothly and seems to be on par with advertising. i did order snatch blocks to lower line tension since its a rope winch but that is just preference on my part.

Purchased for my son…. It was easy to install on his Jeep Grand Cherokee and looks great. Haven't had a chance to put it to use but the remote was easy to operate during testing.

Great winch for the price.
The item was packed well. It was easy to mount on the current mounting bracket that was on the trailer. It works great. Smooth running and quiet.

This winch was a gift for my husband and he loves it.. the only issue is its not pulling now just making a popping noise

I've only had the opportunity to use this one time so far, but it worked exactly as it should. I'm excited about having it. I think it's gonna be exactly what I need in any situation. Seems durable and well -built.
