Everything has went perfect so far. I can't wait to open the item and finish putting it together after after doing so I will write a bigger and better review if called for which I'm sure it is.

Fast shipping and great customer support we had a small problem but they fixed it right away

The Electric starter button went out after the third time riding it. Now I have to kickstart it and it's extremely hard. It also lost power in the beginning it was faster and now it's slower and making noise. The tires are slippery and not the best quality. A few screws were missing. Upon arrival. I had to wait at least three weeks for them to arrive.

I am missing parts and I'm having a hard time contacting the company for the parts. Also it came in a bunch of pieces so I paid a mechanic to put it together so I cannot exchange it or return it because then I will lose $200 for that I need the part the rear grab bar

Alot to put together , you have to watch video to put together have to know what your doing Also he had to leave at road because drive was on slant %26 gravel

bought this item and put it together andcfrom the beginning the ATV had problems. It was running ruff, backfiring, no power etc etc. the only number to call if you have problems tskes you to a voicemail that is full and won't let you leave a message, the only email comes back that it can't be reached, so there's nothing you can do to resolve any issues because you cant speak to someone. So the warranty is useless.

The item still setting in gront of my house. i can't find in Glendale, KY nobody to assamble it

The driver unloaded it wrong and dropped it.

It started and now it not working
