Delivered on a pallet and in a box. Had to put on the wheels and a few other items and put air in tires. But it's perfect!!

It was as described. It has a bungee type cord you click on the person riding it. It kills the engine if disconnected. It also has a remote kill switch much like a vehicle key fob and it WORKS!! The ride is perfect for beginners suck as our 9 year old grandson.

I think they were a good bye at the assembly was fairly easy. The only bad thing I got to say they charge $299 per four wheeler. They both come on the same pallet and I had to unload them.

My son and I spent a few hours assembling it. It was a good deal for the price. It came with some instructions and a manual. We also watched some YouTube videos to help us. We made sure to change the oil right away, because we saw a lot of metal flakes in it. After we put in new oil and fresh gas, it ran very well. We had no issues with it for 2.5 hours. We are thinking of getting another one!

We are so satisfied with this purchase that we are considering buying another one!

I ordered 4 of theses ATV for grand babies and one of them will not even run, so now I'm having to email the company many times to get new parts to see if anything they send works. So far nothing helps it to run. The warranty is you have to wait on them to send parts to find the problem. I would have had better review if this was warranty to run when you buy it. I paint hundreds to ship it to us when we bought it but they won't take it back when it don't run as a new one should. This one won't run at all. Just isn't the best cust service I expected when I bought them. Still working on waiting for more parts that takes a lot of time between talking to them by email only and waiting on a response. Better to buy local not from Walmart 3rd party.
