the assembly was about 2 hours. i have put 15 miles on it, so far i really like it!

arrived a week early was simple to put together with help, I've already put 100 miles on it, runs perfect no problems at all

easy to put together and runs great...it only gets about 50mpg but it's still in the breaking in period ...

I love it! It took about 6 hours to get it together. Quiet motor and nice ride! It looks exactly as pictured, and it's perfect for getting around town for me. Comfortable size and manageable weight.

i need a physical paper receipt which i did not receive to be mailed to me or motor vehicles is going to charge me the sales tax on the full price of the item before they will issue me a registration

I've had the bike for three days and it has 253 miles on it. The kickstand fell off while I was driving and I'm glad it didn't fall under the tire or would have killed me. And there is a major oil leak just after 150 miles. This is not a good purchase for anyone wanting this kind of bike.

It started 2 to 3 times then I won't start at all so now I have no idea where I'm going to do how much you going to cost me to get fixed so I can use it so that's why I would not recommend it for anyone else to try to buy because probably is a waste of money like it was for me

I never received it so I can't tell you about anything I told them that I want my refund cuz I never got it and they said that I would get it in a couple days my refund

bought the moped.. assembled it with minor difficulty. started it... let it idle for a minute, drove it down to the end of my street at near idle speed, then noticed an odor... went home on porch and stopped, when i got off saw it smoking from inside the engine compartment and no idea what to do.. no support number in the paperwork only an email address. Will be giving them a chargeback on my affirm account if the device came defective and not paying a dime..

It came days later than was told. The delivery person seemed totally lost to what was going on. We paid a lot of money to have it delivered to a school and need a truck to bring home then to find pieces missing and installled wrong but in order to fix wires had to be snipped and reattached and the product felt unsafe due to these issues and talked to someone online at Walmart that offered a new product or full refund and I said full refund and they approved said 10 days 2 weeks later after a lot of digging to find out that my request for refund got denied after I was told approved no one emailed me or called nothing and I'm a Walmart member I had to dig up the fat u changed your mind to refund me. Is this what u cal goood. Customer service amd customer always right I feel like I was taken advantage and ripped off so If I could give you zero stars I would
