I think the item is very impressive. Pointing out something about the delivery. It arrived on time. It had a fork hole in it, Also the cage and front when was buried into the item. The dents sprang out after I loosened the cage. Trying to keep a solid relationship with the market place seller about the product information that should be disclosed. They act like they're keeping secrets and not provide adequate information about, 1. What kind of oil should be used. 2. What kind of oil is in the scooter and how much. 3. What kind of brake fluid and the kind in the product. How much as well. They offer tech services but, they are not as helpful as you think, once you accept it. I'm still in the process of trying to get them to speak freely with me and they act like they're going to be in a lawsuit. The owner's manual is vague in description as to detailed content about oils, brake fluids, gear oils.

There's some damage that I don't know how to get corrected or if it can be. Buying direct from X-PROUSA (they have free shopping) seemingly would have saved around a hundred dollars. I have only put a few miles on it due to the weather but I'm sure the speedometer is wrong.

I didn't even get it out the box and noticed it is broken and cracked in the front I was so exited and hoping to have it shipped again and it being better

It was damaged during transit .So I assembled it and when starting it will only run a few seconds then it does.
