The failure to recommend concerns a damaged screw for attachment of the Left arm - pictured- (that there was no solution for )- same problem mentioned by another customer. But I bought the chair for therapeutic reasons. And it has exceeded my expectations. My difficulty with sitting, particularly with abduction of my left leg, the armless chair has been very accommodating: the head rest and the lumbar support (includes usb vibrating massage), the extension of the back that accommodates a lean back sitting position and the pullout legs support enabled me to easily adopt multiple positions and provided wriggle room that helps with my tendency to get stiff if I stay in one position too long. In the pictures a little table purchased from Walmart provides a perfect solution for putting a snack or drink within reach. Compact, mobility and esthetics all appreciated.
Once you start assembling it, you'll notice how cheap some things look, but it's still a good deal. Also, it comes with a paper with plastic squares for the screws that are numbered, some of the squares were broken when they were arrived and the screws were everywhere in the box. Thankfully, everything was still inside the box. Once it's assembled, it does look pretty nice.
Product was ok but the gas lyft cylinder broke within 2 weeks of use, Lucky the barcode at the bottom took me to the site that actually make the chairs and they sent a replacement for free and its been holding up. The leg rest part is very weak
its very comfortable, and i like the design. imo worth the money. HOWEVER, i received the chair with no assembly instructions of any kind, and i never put one of these together, so it was hard to put together. not even 6 hours after putting it together, the motor on the massager burnt out and got hot as well. I was also a little disappointed that it only reclines to 130°. overall, if you're looking for a cheap but comfortable chair with surprisingly good quality materials, this it the perfect chair, but if you can afford higher priced chairs, go for those.
I would give this rating a “4”, but due to how the condition of the box and chair were delivered, it's a “3”. The box was ripped and crushed on sides of the box, affecting the chair as well. Most of the screws that came with the chair and already stripped and have a hard time tightening. I am in the process of claiming the warranty already. The chair is holding up so far, but the bolts and screws are coming loose. The plug in for the massager is very short and will only be connected by an usb extender or plugged into your laptop/desktop. Overall, it's not a bad chair but for the price, I expected a bit more.
The vibration on the chair is a massage pillow, in which mine has burned out twice(was sent a new one), but the mechanism inside that vibrates/massages after 2 hours of use both times. The customer service was nice, but the product itself needs improvement since the pressure of you sitting on the chair breaks the pillow. I had submitted an idea for an improvement on the design. However, as is, I wouldn't recommend this. Picture: Mechanism that burned the inside of pillow, white on corner is the plastic on the mechanism itself melting off, not the foam like I initially thought, and the foam inside is distorted from heat.
Cheap Chin zipper has split and cannot be unzipped and rezipped. At first I thought well, I'm a handyman, I can fix it. Hahahahaha. Just bought this chair for my daughter who is 12 yrs old and takes care of her stuff. Bought it for her for Christmas 5 months ago. No more Chine crap. Pick up your game WalMart. Your parents ONLY bought American made products.
I'm very cheap design said the backrest and headrest or overstuffed and strapped on cheaply the one was built upside down it's just terrible and also I'd ask for is a replacement massage part which is like a little pillow and they're saying all they can do is refund the chair it's like well I put it all together all I need is the massage part takes 5 seconds to put on I don't know I wouldn't get it there's one for about 150 it's got Bluetooth and massage but all these chairs are the same pretty much these gaming chairs they're all very thin very cheap
Massaging pillow stopped working the very next day. Not even 24 hours after being put together. The zipper to it was put on backwards so we can't even open it to see if we can fix ourselves. I should have read further into the reviews. REAL reviews from people that actually bought it because supposedly this is pretty common but they can't be bothered to replace them or change the design.
I'm so disappointed, my son got this chair for his birthday and within a week it broke in 2 places. My son is Autistic and was so excited but ended up crying %26 not understanding what happened to his gift that he absolutely loved. The metal it is made out of is cheep , weak, poor quality, dangerous %26 portly made. It is NOT trust worthy at all.
