NOT THE SAME ITEM IN PHOTOS
The item in the photos is not the same as what I received. The item in the pictures is a Heart Tag pre-funko merger (2018) backpack and the one I received is a new one without the heart tag. Extremely disappointing! Doing a return is impossible for me being disabled so I hope I can sell it and get some money back.

This bag leaves permanent stains on clothes!
I excitedly bought this bag to use on my vacation to CA, specifically to the Disney parks. The first day I wore it, it wasn't long before I noticed a black substance on my hands and clothes. Come to find out it was from the bag. I spent the rest of the day trying to keep my hands clean and hide the stains when taking photos. I did some research, come to find out others have had this same issue with black Lounge Fly bags and the company responded by stating not to take it into extreme heat as it causes some of the substances to melt. This warning should have been in the bag description, allowing the buyer to take that into consideration! This bag cost a lot of money and this issue is quite frustrating as it also ruined my clothes and dampened my day.
