it is more than what I expected out of an electric Emoto, it's fast, it's powerful, the seat does suck, it's like sitting on a brick but it rides like butter
So far the only complaint is the seat needs more padding. otherwise a great bike! she should grow with it nicely

This product has a electric problem/ problems not starting ? Not sure what to make of this the video review was pretty sweet so I want x1 to work was a bit difficult to assemble with limited mechanical ability luckily my neighbor is very mechanical I'm not
broken light but other than that I'm ok wish I could have been as advertised shipping and handling in box messed up with delivery
I really wanted to like this bike because it looks great in person, but the quality is disappointing. The biggest issue was the battery charger. Mine was defective and became hot almost immediately after opening the box. That was a major safety concern and the main reason I decided to return the bike. After assembling the bike, the suspension also started squeaking within the first couple of days. I understand that some wear and tear can cause squeaks over time, but it shouldn't happen on a brand-new bike after only two days. Another downside is the amount of torque. It's extremely aggressive for beginners. It's difficult to ride comfortably because the acceleration can make you feel like you're might lose control if you're not already an experienced rider. I think the bike would benefit from a smoother, more beginner-friendly power delivery. Overall, I don't think this bike is worth the money. While it has a nice appearance, the poor build quality, defective battery charger, and early mechanical issues outweigh its looks. I can't recommend it based on my experience.
The fender was cracked. They never sent me a new one. The handlebars keep loosening for the money I paid for it was not worth it, and I would never recommend anyone buying this.
Bike came within a broken Finder and scratched plastics.
