Xbox Live 3 Month 24.99

My grandson loved the gift cards I gave him for Christmas! that's the good part. My daughter just called me, saying he tried to use the cards, and was told they were NOT activated when I purchased them! She has to go to Walmart and try to resolve the problem - NOT GOOD! Careful!

Absolutely furious with Walmart for this one. Bought for a Christmas gift for nephew, opened Christmas Day and went to put on his new Xbox, and it was never activated at the store. Whoever checked out the items (as I had it shipped to my house) never scanned the gift card barcode to activate it and they don't refund these so no one wants to help me and I'm ready to go to Walmart and talk to management since no one can figure out how to fix the mistake a worker made.

This gift card doesn't even work for Xbox anymore I gave two cards to my grandson for Christmas and he went to use them and it said they don't take these cards anymore. Why are they even for sale and I tried to get my money back and get him some else and they said none refundable. I'll never order anything from Walmart again 😡

Has to give it one star to review. It came to me and it was not activated. I called Walmart to ensure that it was activated and they assured me that it was activated. Because this was a gift and I didn't want to give the gift and it not be activated when they went to go put it on their Xbox. That was exactly what happened and then I had to call Walmart again it's a hassle to have to call and wait just to speak with someone and then just to be told. Sorry we can give you a refund refund is not what I wanted what I wanted was the card to be activated?

I purchased 2- 3 month cards on your website for a Christmas present . The cards were received, but then I got a refund with no explanation. How embarrassing when my daughter called to tell me her husband tried them and they didn't work! During our conversation, my daughter mentioned Xbox was phasing out the Live card. No mention of this was made in the email about the refund, so I had no idea. Why would they even sell them if they were being phased out??? They were not available in the store, so you must have been aware. Although I am glad I got a refund, the whole transaction was handled very poorly.

i got ripped off on this cardcand a firtnute vbucks $90 card they were notvactivated and not ablevto use walmart refunded thisvone i am out $90 on thw vbucks they refuse to do anything about it. never never buy cards online frim walmart

Not sure why I ordered it on a Saturday and got it on a Monday when I ordered it with my groceries from my Walmart account and got my groceries Sunday and also that it had to come from Mississippi when I live in Louisiana and a Walmart is 5 minutes down the street from my house . I also called and the electronic department had plenty .

Waste of money! My son plays games online with friends and I guess this card is useless because you have to have core or ultimate. I didn't even scratch the card and tried to return it or trade it for the ultimate card and they wouldn't allow me to do so.

Couldn't even use the card cause it had no number for you to put in for it to be valid after I bought it online

Cards came , could never use No support from Online services ! Cards were never activated before shipping ! Never buy again online
