Xbox One S 1TB Bundle with 2 Controllers and 1-month Game Pass

This Xbox One was supposed to have 2 controllers there was only 1 controller in the box. At this point I am not sure if there are other items missing as well because I am not sure if anything else was supposed to be in the box or not. This xbox was supposed to be new, how could a "new" xbox be missing a controller?

We bought this Xbox One to replace a 360 that broke. We did not know that this game is all digital, meaning you cannot just put a disc in and begin to play right away. It took over 12 hours to download each game so far. We have only done two and are hesitant to buy any more games because of the time it takes to download. We also found out that the Kinect for the 360 is not compatible with this system and there is no adapter available. You would have to purchase a whole new Kinect to play games like Just Dance. One can imagine the disappointment on Christmas morning that the game could not be played until late that night. I do have to say that once the downloads completed, the graphics are great. I just don't know if it is worth the wait!

It works very well, reason why i didn't return it. Because it came as though someone has used it before. It came with a foreign language preinstalled( that's why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5); which took the amazing Microsoft agent guy and I hours to set it up. He was very helpful and patient. He got it through, bravo. And now it's been working for 8 months without any issue whatsoever.

My family uses this for everything-games, steaming, you name it. With the game pass we our gaming options are almost limitless. Which is great because our family age range is 5-55. “Santa” brought it for Christmas and we have thoroughly enjoyed it. The optics are amazing. No comparison between our Xbox360 and this one. The 360 graphics are great until you play on this one-there’s no looking back. lol

Both controllers have issues and have not worked right since I got it brand new and when I called the warranty dept they said it was no good cause the warranty I purchased does not cover the xbone one s

Item was slower than expected with online shopping but item came without any damage whatsoever. Very Impressed as consoles are notorious for getting damaged when shipped.

XBox has been about for many years. It had been some time since I have used one, but I find this particular unit to be responsive. I do not utilize online nor do I capture game play but the grad is I see are crisp and clear with no pixelating

Needed for the grandkids that were here for summer vacation, nobody else had one locally. Not the best price but I suppose beggers can't be choosers.

Bought this for the 2nd controller included instead of a game since the controllers seem to cost more than slot of the games.

Great deal on this game console for my kids! Other stores had it for $300 or more and all I paid at Sam's was $199. I'm happy I made this purchase
