Xbox Series S + Xbox Wireless Controller Robot White + 3 Month Game Pass

I ordered my xbox on sale, paid a fair price considering it was a system and 2 controllers. Seller shipped the system quickly, and it was well packaged. I am happy with my purchase.

Happy it was received before Xmas. Thank you. Only 1 issue their isn't a remote in the box and the photo shows 2 remotes. I only received 1. Is there another one being shipped? please advise

The gaming is so fast the pictures very very clean feels like being in the games. It's big enough to put anywhere. I love this Xbox.

It's a X box S. And so far works well. Came with a package deal. With two controllers, and 3 months games pass. Definitely, worth the price.

My son loves it works as it should. Both of my boys have one now.

Package came damaged and so were the items inside

I did not receive a new item. The Xbox package had previously been opened. The old seals were still on the box with new ones placed over them. The items were poorly packaged in the box, and both the console and extra controller box were damaged. I contacted the seller, and they were very nice at first. However, after I sent pictures, they stated there was nothing wrong. In their words, "It appears as though there is only light cosmetic damage to the external packaging." They ignored the fact that the product had been opened before. Was this a refurbished item or broken item that someone else returned? Who knows and they didn't care. I certainly wasn't going to try it out, just for it to not work or break after a month. I asked for an exchange, and they responded with a general email on returns including the statements, "Items must be returned complete - exactly as originally shipped with all manufacturer's items, packing slip, accessories, manuals and packaging intact. Items not returned in original condition will be refused." How can I return an item in original condition if that item wasn't sent to me in its original condition. My advice: pay a few extra dollars and get it straight from Microsoft. I wouldn't trust this seller.

Item clearly stated it came with 2 controllers, but only came with one. 3rd party company said they could not send the additional controller %26 that the entire item would have to be returned.
