XDP Recreation Ground Anchor Kit

We found out that top fill had been placed on the property before my daughter moved there. Even with large buried rocks, we were able to install them. Took some effort, but I feel better knowing my grandkids will not be tipping the swingset over!

I'm please with my purchase of these anchors. They were easy to install and have already did their job through some high winds we've had last few days, and keeps our swing set from raising up when kids are swinging.

Bought 2 sets for a swingset that had 6 legs. Only needed the corkscrews because I put a bolt going through the leg posts and corkscrew eye under ground level. Used the 2 remaining corkscrews along with the other hardware to anchor a small 7' trampoline and it worked wonderfully. Going to buy another anchor set so the trampoline will be anchored at 6 points.

I bought this kit to anchor down my swing in my yard. It was blowing over daily before we used this kit. Comes with everything you need and easy to assemble! Swing hasen't blown over at all since using this kit! Perfect results!

It does what it says. My daughter's swingset is now anchored to the ground and safe. The instructional diagram on the box is really simple and easy to understand, ill say that.

This is the second anchor set I've purchased. All four of the anchors on the first set snapped off when I tried to relocated our swing set. Installation is fairly straight forward, but a third hand is needed to hold the frame straps in place while tightening the bolts/nuts.

Box had been opened, taped, and returned, then sent to me. I know now why it was returned he first time. They are not long enough or thick enough or strong enough to hold down anything. I wish I had returned them, but instead I need to replace them. Trash!

I tried twisting these into the ground and managed to break 2 of them by the time I was able to get the spiral part under the dirt (I'm not even a strong person). Was not able to drive the other two in past the spiral. Also, the chains that come with them don't stay on the loops. I had to bang on the loops with a hammer to close the gap. Would not recommend unless you plan to soften the ground before driving the stakes in.

This set is deceptively small. The pictures make it appear as though its rugged and can handle at least a medium size job. The anchors are very weak. The first one I put in the ground bent to the point I couldnt use it. The second one actually snapped. I didnt even try to use the other two. If they break while Im putting them into the ground by hand, I would not trust them to do the job. Im buying something else.
