Xerox C325 Color Multifunction Printer, up to 35PPM, Duplex with Copy, Print, Sc

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are very happy with the Xerox C325 printer. It is fast, reliable and very easy to use. The print quality is excellent, both for documents and colour prints. It connects quickly to our devices and works without any problems. This printer is very useful for our family. We have two sons – one studying at university and one in college – so we print a lot of school and study materials at home. The Xerox C325 helps us a lot and saves time and money. We can definitely recommend this printer to other families and students.

useless it is hit or miss scans fine but more often then not it will not print; downloaded the app it worked for a week then stopped again it's useless

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This a good printer, good quality, but take to much time to print the first page, and the position of the out tray is not friendly, the manul tray is no very useful.

I have a business with 6 locations. We used Xerox at all locations. The older workcenter printers such as the 6515 were very good and dependable. The new "C" models are complete junk. I have several broken right now. I just purchased this last one 3 months ago. It came in with a broken glass scanner on top. After a month, Xerox finally fixed it. Now it says that it cannot scan. When it does print, it prints with toner leaking.

used one time and when tried to use again it popped up error with the yellow cartridge. followed the instructions to troubleshoot and then a 2nd error popped up. then started taking it apart to find out what was going on, to find the yellow powder was all inside the printer (all over the place inside the printer), found tape and cardboard all inside the printer that wasn't visible until I started taking the printer apart, then I find out that the black imaging unit had been swapped with one that wasn't "genuine" to the printer model. I used it one time. it was supposed to be new.

This printer has been the biggest waste of money. From the moment we got it, we have had issues. They sent someone out and they have to completely update the driver and some other things. It worked for a while and now it is down again. I am SO OVER THIS!!

I had a 6516 that was getting too expensive to keep so I invested in a c325 "at a good price". Well the price wasn't so good. It was delivered with a yellow toner that was leaking. It does not make contact with my phone too often. It is quite noisy. I cannot get it to scan to email as it doens' recognize a valid email address. but the deal breaker is that I cannot print legal size without reconfiguring the paper drawer, adding legal paper (for 3 pages!!!) and then reconfiguring it for letter paper!!! Since when is there no bypass feeder???? And I know there is a way at the bottom of the printer, BUT IT IS FOR A SINGLE SHEET ONLY!!! How stupid is that????? Come on Xerox - you are better than this garbage!!!!

I bought this as few months ago. After one office visit (that didn't set it up at all) oand over a dozen phone calls to xerox help - we finally got the printer to work. Took over two weeks. Love the printer - not so much the first 11+ people I spoke with.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The quality of printed pages are excellent. We don't care for the exit tray-area printer outputs pages printed. The scanner above gets in the way of grabbing printed pages. It is cumbersome to grab the printed pages.

After all the mess up I am happy with the final results
