This is the ONLY easy and highly effecient way to clean out a stuffed up nose from colds, allergies and sinus infections....and I think I have tried all 100 brands and kinds. Just squirt two times on each side, wait a miniute or two and blow! No messy solutions to make, or hanging over the sink in the process.

I purchased this Xlear product online thinking I had ordered the decongestant. I did not try this rinse system but have used a similar system and they can be helpful for significant congestion, but I find the process to prepare the dose and maintain a sterol applicator too much trouble, I returned the product unopened and received a prompt refund from the supplier.

First of all, the instructions to make your own solution to use was not clear. I didn't buy this product to spend 30 minutes to an hour cleaning the bottle and then using it. Have to idea if I put the round tube in correctly. There is no pictures. Have no idea where Spring Valley, N. Y. is.
