This bad boy has given my dad some more freedom. He used to not go out anywhwre because he had trouble waking for long periods of time. But now he will go places and do stuff and actually gets MORE exercise thanks to being able to use this chair. He didnt want to be seen as someone with a disability, so he didnt want a regular mobility scooter. It gets to a nice speed of around 15 mph. If he is gentle he can get up and down curbs when he is driving through town. My biggest concern was that we live atop a steep hill and he is a bigger guy. But this chair gets him up the hill without any issue. With the correct tools it was easy to unpack. (It came with the correct tool with the keys and manual but we did not realise that until we spent 20 minutes using all the wrong tools to get it out of thr cage.) The battery was fully charged when we got it, so he was able to try it out right away. He has had it for a month and hasnt had any issues with it. Its easy to push if needed and just plugs in to any wall outlet to charge.
