Pleasantly surprised by this deliciously buttery, easy to mix and bake gluten-free poundcake! I am a caterer and used this for a gluten-free banana pudding recipe, and the clients were thrilled with the taste %26i texture of the cake! They commented that it tasted like regular pound cake and not gluten-free. Had the perfect sponge and crumb.

If you are gluten free but also allergic to the other common GF flour substitutes, ORDER THIS NOW! My son is allergic to soy, nuts, oats, and rice. Box cakes are impossible to find for him. This was a definite winner. He's also is allergic to dairy and eggs. We substituted both of this ingredients without hindering the outcome. I'm ordering more as soon as I finish typing.

Good as what I was brought up on! Very tasty! Can't wait to get my next mixes (on order) to bake some things for Christmas! I watch for them everyday.

As you can see in the picture I had to use a cake pan because I didn't have a loaf pan but it still turned out to taste delicious. It called for icing but I don't like icing. I love the fact that is gluten free. It was easy to make only four ingredients. I would definitely recommend this product to all my family and friends! Thank you Influenster!
