Great Stress reliever.
I was looking to replace the solid brass gripper from the 70s my father gave me when I was young and now can't find. I wanted something with quality and difficulty and this set is that. Absolutely solid and something I can give my kid one day
I've been using it ever since and it came in a day early
Product Received Was As Described By Vendor, I Would Buy Again.
great, durable, good value
These hand grips are excellent. Mine were the 100 pound resistance and they make ones that are 150, 200, and 300. My tip to almost anyone is get the 100 pound resistance unless you are Superman. I've been lifting weights for 40 years and the 100 pounds is enough. If you are a power lifter, maybe you can do more, but if you're not, then stick with the 100 pound resistance.
I give these a 4 for looks! You will have to ignore the Pain!!! The metal can cut into your Fingers! I did NOT understand the weight on grips. I did NOT know they had a weight such as the 100 pounds. I am getting used to them and when at grocery store, I like to lift up 24 case of small waters with one hand. Just something to do! My fingers are strong when lifting something, but if something comes down on them, it hurts!!! The more you use these, the better they feel! I am glad you only really need one!
excellent construction however grips tend to hurt the palm
My ma and i used these for two years. Gotta look for a new pair now because when she was using them they randomly snapped in two in the black flexible portion. i didnt even know that could happen...
Garbage. These are NOT calibrated correctly. My 80 pound, 12 year old stepson was able to close the 100 pound gripper easily. A cheap generic on I bought for $5 was harder to squeeze than the 100 pound one from here.
