This was a purchase for my 12 year old who typically uses a mini trampoline to assist with processing his nervous energy. Sine his previous mini trampoline finally wore out, thought I would give this a try. Attempting to have him process his energy in another way. This smaller than his mini trampoline and is already assembled. I slid it out of the box and put it on the floor. Seems to have sturdy construction, only had it a few weeks. I do like that the board is compact, has non-slip areas and the Balance is done on a rounded cube shape and not a ball shape. Again loved that it was ready to go out of the box. Easily slides under a table when he is done. Seems like it would hold over 200lbs easily. Also a challenging workout which makes my kiddo focus better.
I bought this to help me workout my fractured ankle. My physical therapist uses one similar to this one. I use it everyday because I can exercise when Im sitting. Great product!
Not for everyone but it does help me get better balance in my life happy I bought it
I love this. I used this at the gym to help with my balance and it worked wonders. After getting this, I tried it immediately and it is great.
This is great for therapy at home. It really helps me with balance.
It seems to work well and does what it is supposed to do.
works great, handles everything thrown at it, will review again in a few months.
Looks good. Just arrived. A little dubious about the base with a person of size
Bought this after using the square version in physical therapy for both vestibular rehab and knee meniscus tear. For the money it is worth it but if you are a high fall risk person the square one may be a better option- if you can afford their ridiculous price. Overall I am happy with this so far.
Listing says supports up to 440 pounds but box says only 300. It's going back!
