The instruction booklet that came with the product refers to kilograms, but the product itself is labeled in pounds. The website stated it was easier for women to use. However, as far as I can tell, the product is the same as other products of the same type. I was mislead by the website.

onr of the hardest things a out being 77 is my hand keep dropping things! weight of the item is irrelevant . these hand grip exercises have already started to strengthen my fingers and hands.! I am going to order more and give them as presents !

Good set for the price. Each piece seems pretty durable and the set comes with a storage bag which is nice.
