⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ Great Quality Bike with Minor Issues I recently purchased this bicycle and overall, I'm very satisfied. The quality is excellent — solid frame, smooth ride, and reliable components. It genuinely feels like a high-end bike at a very reasonable price. Great value for money! Shipping was also impressive. The bike arrived quickly and was well-packaged, with no major damage during transit. Overall, a very good shipping experience. There were just two small issues: the reflector came broken, and the mudguard doesn't fit properly in its place. Not a huge deal, but worth mentioning. Despite that, I would definitely recommend this bike. It's a smart approach to quality and affordability, and I'm pleased with the overall experience.

The best bike and comfortable

I liked that the item arrived at a decent time, They provided me with instructions. The only problem is I was missing one part. The bracket and screw to connect the front mud guard.m, but was able to find at a local hardware store. The directions for attaching that were not provided either. Otherwise a quality, sturdy Bike.

Assembly is a pain. I bought this as this looked like the only new bicycle available for quick shipment (due to CoVid). The main reasons for the lower rating are: 1. Very poor assembly instructions. The manual has such small fonts and diagrams that it is difficult to read. Also, many steps are not pictorial and are difficult to follow. 2. They send a link to a video. The video also is not clear and you still need to see the manual. 3. Several parts are skipped in the assembly instructions (both manual and video) - guards, lights, etc. 4. A clamp (perhaps for the lights) broke while I was trying to fit the screw in. Hence, am unable to fit the lights. Not sure how the other clamps work. The nuts and bolts of various sizes are not marked. Not sure which is for which. 5. Overall, a very painful and long assembly experience. 6. The seat is extremely uncomfortable and painful. Other than this, the frame is solid. Plus points for that. The ride quality is good but the handling is not the best.

Not provided the required tools. Instructions to assemble is very unclear and the video also not so clear. Wheels were not adjusting properly and front brake also not tight. Not satisfied with assembling instructions.

Front shock blew out after 2 and a half months of riding to work and back. Less then 1 mile
