I have not used it yet but is an all inclusive unit that will provide detailed diagnostics for many vehicles. This is a huge discount for all it offers.
I think the software is a little antiquated, but its abilities are phenomenal still learning, but it proves to be the quality tool

I had a long time to choose a scanner in this price range and finally decided to go with the D8W, a lot of special features and three years of free updates are the reasons why I chose it, The only thing missing is AutoAuth for FCA SGW (2018 and newer Chrysler/Dodge, etc.) vs a 12+8. e-mails are answered within 24 hours, and I get great tech support. this D8W a great addition to my toolkit. recommended.
In the two weeks I've had it, I've used it on three cars and it's saved me hundreds of dollars and the time and hassle of taking them to the shop. It definitely tells you what's wrong, lets you troubleshoot, and is a great help in your repair work. Another great thing about this tool is XTOOL's customer service. It is fantastic! After I bought the tool they contacted me several times to make sure I was happy with it and satisfied with the way it worked . Who does that? Amazing company!
I recently purchased the Xtool D8W Diagnostic Scan Tool and I must say that it exceeded my expectations. I am very pleased with its performance. Firstly, the user-friendly interface of the tool makes it very easy to operate. I found navigating through its various functions and features a breeze.
On my 2013 Lexus es350, almost all systems can be fully tested, as well as using tpms to view sensors, read pressures, and reprogram new sensors if needed. This tool has met my needs and now I can provide diagnostics and help to friends and family. Thanks xtoo
This scan tool is very powerful and I have used it on both my and my friend's cars, however it will not do anything on the 2022 F150 Lightning I purchased with my daughter, I contacted customer service because the vehicle is too new and it will take a while for it to be updated.Used it for fear relearn, diagnostics so far and has been flawless. diagnostics so far and has been flawless. highly recommended.
I originally purchased this D8 because I read that it had a function to activate the transmission quicklearn, but after I purchased it I was not able to connect it to the transmission control monitor. I contacted the customer service team, explained the situation and the next day they let me update my device, installed this feature on my device and it worked fine!
