The remote that came with my tv has a habit of not being able to open to change the batteries. It was so stuck shut that I needed to buy a new one. While it is the same remote I repeatedly open and closed the new remote to ensure we wouldn't have the same problem. The shipping was fast and the remote is perfect.

The dog decided the remote was a chew toy so we had to get this replacement. It's exactly like the one that came with the tv

It worked on my TV right out of the box. The original does seem to have a better finish but that's a minor detail that does not detract from functionality.

Mine worked perfectly, no set up needed. Put the batteries in and you're good to go. I read some bad reviews, so I made sure the serial numbers were the same instead of looking for a look alike remote. I didn't understand y there were so many of the same remotes, for different price. Then I understood, you gotta get the one that matches your remote. Check your serial number and you're good.

The remote is exactly like the original Samsung remote. I'm sure it's made by the same company that made the original one without the Samsung stamp. It's works exactly like the original in every way. Excellent product at a very fair price ! I bought two ! Would I recommend this remote ? All day everyday !

I bought this remote to replace the one my dog chewed up. I was kind of skeptical at first but it was super easy to use and set up with our t.v. I'm very happy with the purchase.

I'm so happy I could buy a replacement remote for my TV as I love the remote but ours was not working when I pushed the left control button very frustrating. Now I can do it with ease so happy

No need to program and working fine; batteries not included and missing the voice command button but it's Ok since we seldom used the microphone button.

You get what you pay for. Impossible to open battery compartment by hand - had to use kitchen knife. Cheaply made but actually works better than the original one.

This came packaged as new but was clearly warped (or so I thought). Very thin cheap plastic. Merchant was great and refunded my money. After refund in hand I opened and saw that it wasn't warped but looked like someone had tried to pry it open previously. The inside was broken up. So, I do believe I was sent a returned item. I got a refund, so all is well. I will buy the $30 one this time.
