It works on all TV only if you don't have a Roku box I have 4 TV'S ,3 is smart TV'S is smart tv's and 1 is not my remote work on 3of them, but don't work on the one that have a Roku box to it because it has it's own remote and it different from my remote but I'm satisfy with my remote I bought.Thank you
awesome price and exact remot for my tv.
So I ordered this remote in hopes it would work for my sons tv and I figured since it was a remote that there would be a complicated sync set up and there was NONE!! All I did was add batteries (not included) and it worked!! The original Roku remote replacement it 19.99!! GET THIS REMOTE ONLY IF YOU HABE A TV THIS REMOTE WILL NOT WORK A ROKU BOX!! TVs ONLY
I bought this remote as a backup since the couch seems to have developed a taste for remotes. This remote is for a TCL Roku TV and it worked perfectly on the two Roku Tvs. It does not come with batteries. There was not setup problems because there was not setup required. Put the batteries in and it worked perfectly.
well its the same as before but this one seems to be working but the front of it is different the face of it reads netflix sling hulu vudu the one that came with the tv reads netflix amazon fadio vudu so just to let you know its not the same but i m happy because know i have a tv to watch thank you
This remote was great. Straight out of the package, I put batteries in and I was finally able to use my tcl roku tv. I don't have wifi, I didn't have the original remote. I had bought a universal spectrum remote, tried to create a mobile hotspot between two phones to download the roku remote app, and read everything I could to try to get passed the initial setup screen. Thank God for these remotes, if not for them I'd have to pay over $20 bucks to get the tv working. Not something I was willing to do at the time. The only downside is you have to be pretty close to the tv to sense the remote (I'd say about 5 - 6 ft) and the volume buttons feel alittle lose. You don't press them in like a normal button, you have to sort of half press and glide, which takes some getting use to. Doesn't bother me, though, bc now that I'm passed the dang initial setup, I could program the universal remote and I don't have any problems at all. I put this one up for safe keeping. Even though it's cheap, so if I was to lose it and ever need to buy it again, it's not a huge hassle
Well, it wasn't what I ordered. It doesn't work and why are you doing third-party shipping for other peoples products if you're not going to sell it at your store then it's gonna make me think that there's something wrong with it from this point on if you're if it's not good enough to put on your shelves, then it's not good enough to be delivered to my home from you guys. OK I'm sorry but you can see on the right what's the teeth marks from the puppy that one came with my TV. Does it look similar to the one that I received from the third-party person? Yeah Kinda does it work? No, not at all… this is like the fifth item I gotten from you guys third Paul or your affiliates that's not good enough to put on yourselves it's not good enough to be shipped—do better, y'all! I mean, even though picture changed on the item to reflect the blue keys upon receipt, which was not sent to my door at all as per the instructions on the delivery and for me to sign as per instructions on the delivery. I'm in sick all week and could really use the remote right now but I'm gonna have to use the app on my phone to use my television. I shouldn't have to though I bought a remote if there's some sort of programming sequence to this thing, no indication was sent with it just an invoice.
Just an awful remote. I bought 2 and they both work poorly. To get the remote to control the TV you must push the buttons with force. They work half the time. I tried new batteries, wiping off the remote and tv sensor, no help. Save your money, this is junk. Both remotes perform the same.
The batteries do not fit snug and I have to keep smacking the back of the remote to be able to change channels and volume. I wish I would have kept the box and packing to send back. The only reason I bought online is because the store did not have any in stock.
The remote lags so badly that your previous button presses warp drive you into the depths of some app that you have to stuggle to back out of. Or, the remote sometimes doesnt work at all which leads to more button pressing and Roku time traveling. Buyer beware- you may end up getting a remote that barely works as so many other reviewers have mentioned. I took a chance and regret it.
