The code was great but it took several days to get here when purchased was told would be here the next day! My grandson needed this for his laptop that he does his school work on and we had to wait several days! it was not available in the store you had to order it and I was told next day!

Was given the package with it already opened and an entirely different product than what i ordered in the box

It was not compatible after researching it online and looking for it in every store.I finally found one that said it was compatible to my t v but it was not did not work kept flipping the t v off and on need to do better

it didn't work nor fit my TV
