This is a very good machine. Easy to use and setup. It makes buffing very easy and finishes my knives very well.

I required a compact buffer for metal polishing, specifically for guitar frets and hardware. This product met my requirements perfectly. I didn't want to invest a significant amount of money, and it turns out I didn't have to. Although I sacrificed variable speed to save money, my concerns were unfounded. The maximum RPM is ideal for my needs. I highly recommend this product.

I construct all my tool stands using semi brake drums and Schedule 40-8" pipe, creating a sturdy stand that won't tip over. This polishing motor provides excellent torque and meets my needs perfectly. The price is reasonable for its quality, and there's no vibration. I came across a review claiming it was dangerous, but in my 55 years of polishing experience, I believe a machine becomes dangerous due to the operator being careless. If treated with respect, it can be used safely. I polish everything from large motor parts to custom carburetors with care. Initially satisfied with this polishing motor until it became loose from its base, I returned it for a second polisher, which has been solid so far. This emphasizes the importance of the warranty.

This buffer is excellent for my knife-making endeavors. It effectively buffs and polishes my knives, showcasing impressive performance. Fantastic value for the price. It would be even better if it included a wrench for the nuts holding everything together. Nevertheless, it's a solid product, and I've used it on multiple occasions. Very satisfied customer!

The 8" buffing wheels rotate at a high enough RPM that applying strong pressure is unnecessary for polishing or creating a rough finish on any item. The base is exceptionally heavy, requiring only minimal attachments to secure the unit.

The polisher is robust and remains stable on the bench top! No need for bolting or clamping; it performs exceptionally well.

This purchase has truly been a worthwhile investment. My husband, in dire need of a hobby, has been driving me a bit crazy. Recently, he picked up buffing stainless steel items, initially using a handheld buffer. However, he almost gave up on this newfound hobby, wanting to spend all his time with me. Performs exceptionally well and rapidly. It has abundant power and operates quietly. The buffing wheels generate a significant number of threads initially. Contrary to some reviews, it is not a two-speed unit. Nevertheless, it is a fantastic addition to the shop.

Arrived in good condition, operates smoothly. I hope it proves to be durable. It was my mistake, but I had assumed some buffing compound was included, which, unfortunately, it was not.
