Arrived in excellent condition, well-packaged in a blow-molded case that showed no damage, although it's understandable that with the weight, damage could easily occur. All the parts were present, and I'm satisfied with my purchase. It's not a solid shaft as described, but rather a heavy-walled pipe. The attachments are sturdy, and with sensible use, they shouldn't fail unless abused. I recommend getting a few couplings; if you have a welder, you can customize it. I've created adapters for other pulling attachments, and it's a straightforward process. The heavy slide weight is great for pulling or pushing. For pushing, I added a large washer to the coupling, providing a flat, non-movable surface for the hand weight to strike against. I didn't feel comfortable with the hand weight striking the thin locking nut, and I believe this modification prevents potential issues over time. Use your imagination for various applications.

I am extremely satisfied with this purchase. As a collision technician, I use these tools on almost every job. This tool is exceptionally well-made and functions like a workhorse. In my field, quality tools often come with a high price tag, and a branded tool with similar weight (I believe Snap-On offers a 10lbs version) can cost between $180.00 to $250.00. When I brought this tool to work, all the other technicians examined it, and it even includes a few more attachments than the renowned Snap-On, Matco, or Mac tools. I am very pleased with this purchase; it's definitely a win – a high-quality tool that is surprisingly affordable.

This is a good value for what you get, though it is a little tricky to manage all the pieces and thread the attachments correctly. The case is also very cheaply made, but that's probably why the whole set is inexpensive.

I had no prior experience using a slide hammer for dent removal, but this tool performed admirably on deep dents in a challenging location. After removing a heavy plastic trim, I drilled some holes and utilized a large screw, nuts, and washers with the puller head. I proceeded to use the slide hammer, and it effectively pulled out the dent. I used some screws at a minimal cost. A body shop had deemed it unrepairable and provided a quote of $800 for an aftermarket body part and paint. This solution turned out to be much more affordable!
