Arrived fast and in excellent condition. Had to fill in the sides with additional metal since it was not as big as the fireplace opening. Painted everything black to match. It is beautiful and the fire looks realistic. Would definitely purchase again. Great quality and price.

I was extremely happy with this appearance and it's efficiency to heat my bedroom it is a little bedroom I do not think it would heat a huge bedroom properly or like a living room has many features as far as different fan speeds and different life which is really nice to set the mood.

I have had a fireplace for many years that did not work. I finally took the time to research the inserts which would enable me to use it again. This took me minutes to install and though it did not fit perfectly into the space, you can not tell this from looking at it. I love the flames. I do not intend to use it as a heater as our space is warm enough with our heating system. I wish I did this 5 years ago!

I like that it's thin, sleek and easy to install. The heater works great and it has multiple colors!

Works just fine as a replacement insert for the one I had. The manufacturer tried to get me to buy a higher priced one, but this one fits and works just fine.

Perfect size, easy set up. Looks great!

The 23" wide fit fine , but the height was to tall by about 1/8". The unit sits back a bit from the opening , but is really not that noticeable. I had to attach 2 L brackets on the bottom in back of this unit to hold it in place. As far as the operation of the heating unit, I have no problems so far. All in all this unit is a good value for the cost.

So very glad we purchased this electric fireplace. The look is really good for electric. I would have rated it a 5 except for two things. The was a small piece of packing inside the glass that could not be removed. It is only visible from about 2 ft away, so no one notices. The second is a faint clicking noise from something slightly our of round.

I love the overall look of the heater.Because it's\nAdds so much to the room. Very pretty flames heats well
