i think you sent me the wrong filter i ordered XtremepowerUS DE Pool Filter 75208 – 48 sq. ft., 96 GPM, I thing you sent 60 sq ft instead. i'm replacing a Hayward de 39' tall and 20" wide all markng gone i look at pic and look like Hayward ProGrid Side Mount DE Pool Filter 48 sq ft. im trying to use the hayward multiport valve (SP0715xr59 ) but the unit I received distance it great that 2" from input to output of the filter.

I ordered 2 inches port and I received a one inch port instead. I had to return the item and reorder the 2 inches one. That cost me time, the technician that came to place it for me had to go without working on the project.

This was advertised as being 30 inches tall but they were 32 inches tall. Wrong size.

Pressure gauge broke trying to hand install. very cheap quality. Union joints are clearly shown in the picture. it didn't come with them and i went on a wild goose chase all day long looking for them, all the while paying my plumber to wait...nothing is compatable with the threads. had to order on line and pay yet another service call to plumber when they arrive. as far as the filters perfomance, i dont know yet, still fighting with hookup due to cheap quality and misleading advertising.

I received the filter only,and no fitting set inside.I look for the seller,she told me I have to call the customer service.No body pic up the phone. I sent a message to the seller,and nobody answer me.I am going return it,and reorder something else from th other website.My pool was distroied by the wildfire,and I have to replace a new one.

The 2 inch slip Fittings were not in the box, the filter is useless without them. I have contacted the seller 2 times and no reply. If not resolves soon the item will be returned

The product was not as described online so that was the first issue and then I returned the item to Walmart and it's been over a week and I have not received my refund. They said because the third-party issues the refund I wont receive it until the third-party has the product even though Walmart has had my product for a week. They're holding my money and I am very angry and when you call Walmart, nobody will help.
