Great filter that didn't break the bank for my pool, after the filter I had, split open and leaked all the water everywhere It works as good as my old one

I replaced my old Hayward which lasted me about 22 years, the only difference was the connections to the filter. The hight and width was the same. Labor was $100 %26 parts for it was $51. My old one was 300sq ft and this one is 425 which means I circulate more water and keeps it clearer for less time I run the motor

The pump itself is great! But I had questions, and nobody answered the phone after being on hold for over 45 minutes. Nobody ever responded to my email either. Their customer service SUCKS!!

it is working strong But the knob to release the pressure broke as soon as we put it on i now have a screw in it to release the air after that i dont have high hopes for it to last but we will see

I bought this because the price was half of others I found online. The locking ring is impossible to get on and off. The 2 inch threaded openings were cut to loose and took me three tries with extreme layers of teflon and silicone to keep from leaking. DO NOT BUY

it is shown with the hoses that go with with it. Mine came and i didn't receive any hoses with mine and want to know why

The pump works great but the down side is that when it arrived I was missing a bunch of parts. Emailed the company and it's been a week and still nothing. I have two small kids that where excited about the pool so had to go to Home Depot and buy parts to make the filter work but it leaks because the fittings were not the correct ones for the filter. Pretty disappointed.
